The client turned to UPQODE to enhance the design created by another agency since it did not convey all the envisioned ideas. Our goal was to make the site more modern, creative, dynamic and at the same time well-structured and informative, with a reliable look and easy navigation. Our designer reached everything required and made our client extremely satisfied with the result.
Their team is incredibly upfront and honest about what their skills and capabilities are.
UPQODE provided medical website design for a digital health education company, starting with a small page redesign and expanding into a full redevelopment from the ground up.
I am the CEO and co-founder of a digital education company with the mission of helping women trying to conceive to optimize their natural fertility potentials through online digital courses that focus on a variety of lifestyle factors.
We were initially reaching out to find somebody who could develop a custom WordPress site.
I started out by asking them to take a stab at redesigning one or two pages to give me a feel for whether they would be able to truly enhance the designs we already had. From there, they moved into the full design and development of the site from the ground up. They used the previous design as a framework for everything they needed to include but created a completely new face for the website besides that.
We had a project manager and worked fairly closely with one of their co-founders as well.
I found them from searching for WordPress developers and found them on a couple of sites, including Clutch and decided to work with them based on that.
The design work was around $5,000 and the development cost about $12,000, so in total, we spent around $18,000.
Their initial proposal came in in October 2019 and our work together is ongoing.
We haven’t launched the website just yet, but when we’ve provided our style guides to other subcontractors in different spaces, they all compliment the branding work very highly. I’ve worked with 3–4 other marketing firms on a variety of projects, and this group was far and away the most professional.
From a project management standpoint, their communication was phenomenal, and everything went very smoothly. We worked directly with their designers and developers, and their project manager helped to make sure nothing fell through the cracks.
As long as we gave them feedback in a timely manner, they kept moving and stayed exactly on track. There was never a case where they missed a deadline aside from when we asked them for additional things.
Their team is incredibly upfront and honest about what their skills and capabilities are. At a couple of points, they told us that particular things weren’t realistic for the time or scope of our project, or were outside their skillset, and we really appreciated that honesty. They really take their project management seriously.
No, I can’t think of anything they need to improve.
I think the thing that made our partnership as successful as it was is the fact that our communication truly flowed both ways. As much as they were honest with us, I tried to be as clear as possible with the price point and goals that I was looking to accomplish, and that allowed us to be on the same page at all times.

We took care of user-friendly and well-structured website navigation. Easy-to-read fonts with high color contrast were used to increase the accessibility of the website for users.
To highlight the main sections and features of the site we used the page scroll effect on the Home page. It provides a better user experience, high level of interactivity and works faster than regular scrolling. This scrolling technique helps display content dosed, providing better visibility and creating a well-structured web page.
Our design concept was so pleasing to the client that he decided to use it for a complete rebranding. We have designed a new PDF book applying the design elements, color palette, and typography of the website, as well as building the Waitlist page on the website to replace the one on the Kajabi platform (to sign up for courses). And now we are working on the quiz page design on the Bucket.io platform which our client will be using for the lead generation.
Our team has taken care not only of the spectacular design but also of the functionality. Our web developers connected the registration form on the site to the CRM ActiveCampaign and Google Drive for easy creation and management of the client base.
UPQODE has created an effective web design using advanced design solutions and key trends. The website has changed significantly, becoming fresher and more convenient to use. As a result, the design elements created by our team were used by the client for complete rebranding and company identity.
